Women's Golf 15th At IU Invitational

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- The Ball State women's golf team finished the Indiana Invitational in 15th place Sunday afternoon in Bloomington, Ind. The Cardinals posted a team score of 320 in the final round for a two-day score of 655 in the 19-team field.
Carmen Bodine was BSU's top performer at the event, finishing tied for 33rd overall out of 112 golfers with a final-round 80. Bodine carded a two-round score of 162.
Julie Harder (84-79) tied for 37th, Katie Sundberg (85-79) tied for 47th, Chelise Flannery tied for 52nd (84-82), Ali Meyer (86-82) tied for 65th and Amber Uphaus (93-86) finished 96th. Holly Jones (91-82), competing as an individual, finished tied for 87th.
| Due to wet course conditions, the Indiana Invitational has been shortened to 36 holes. 18 holes to be played on Saturday, April 2, beginning at noon EST. The final 18 holes will be played on Sunday, April 3, at 9:00 a.m. EST. |
