Â
Saleem on McMahon: Delaney brings a wealth of creative energy to our program. Her artistic abilities are limitless, as seen in the clothing she creates which will serve her well as a fashion design major here at Ball State. She is a fantastic beam worker who will mesmerize the audience with her dynamic, high-level skills. She is sweet, pleasant, and inquisitive. This young lady is not afraid of hard work and goes after her goals. She is self-aware and is committed to growing as an individual each day. Her life experiences will certainly be an asset to our program
Â
Club Career Highlights: Competed as a Level 10 gymnast for the last four years, including qualifying for the 2022 Women’s Development Program Level 10 Nationals … placed second on bars (9.350) and fourth in the all-around (35.750) at the Region 4 Level 10 Regional Championships … turned in a solid performance at the 2021 Missouri State Championships, placing second on bars (8.700) and third in the all-around (35.275) … has earned 12 beam, 10 all-around, seven bars, four floor, and one vault individual event titles over her career … owns career-best Level 10 scores of 9.675 on beam, 9.450 on bars, 9.375 on floor, 9.300 on vault, and 36.450 in the all-around.
Â
Why Ball State: I chose Ball State because the coaches and team were very welcoming. I also love the beautiful campus and I'm very excited to continue pursuing my passion for both gymnastics and fashion design.
