2017-18 (Junior): Selected to the 2017-18 College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-America First Team . . . started in all 32 games . . . became only the second player in program history to earn the honor and first since Kate Endress in 2004-05 . . . earned Third Team All-Mid-American Conference honors along with receiving MAC All-Defensive Team honors . . . finished the season ranked second nationally (9.2 apg) and third in total assists (294) . . . ended the season with 697 career assists and became the program’s all-time leader at Wester Michigan (2/10/18) . . . ranked fourth on the team in scoring (11.5 ppg) . . . scored a career-high 25 points against Eastern Michigan (2/7/18) and was featured on the Top 10 Plays on ESPN’s Sports Center . . . finished the season with 14 career double-doubles and 24 games with double-figure assists . . . helped the Cardinals to a perfect 11-0 non-conference start with wins over Purdue, Vanderbilt, Butler and Western Kentucky.
2016-17 (Sophomore): Named to the All-Mid-American Conference Honorable Mention squad and to the Academic All-MAC team . . . Ended the season ranked third in the country in assists (7.6) . . . Dished out a career-best 14 assists versus Central Michigan, while tying the program’s record for assists in a single game, which has only happened on three occasions (2/25) . . . Broke the BSU single-season assist record in a season at Western Michigan (2/22) . . . Has 403 assists for her career which ranks seventh in the Ball State record books . . . Finished the season with 244 assists which ranks first for the most assists in a single season by a Cardinal . . . Helped Ball State clinch its fourth bye to Cleveland in five year in the MAC Tournament and fifth-straight berth in the post season Women’s National Invitation Tournament.2015-16 (Freshman): Named All Mid-American Conference Freshmen Team . . . Started in all 32 games for the Cardinals last season . . . Scored in double digits seven times including three of the last four games . . . Recorded a personal best 18-point performance at Bowling Green (1/16/16) after going 3-for-5 form behind the arc . . . Pulled down a career best eight rebounds at Northern Illinois (2/17/16) . . . Dished out double digit assists at Evansville (12/21/15) with 11 and 10 at home against Akron (2/3/16) . . . Scored 16 points at Big Ten foe Iowa in the first round of the Women’s National Invitation Tournament helping the Cardinals pull off a 77-71 upset over the Hawkeyes . . . Helped Ball State clinch its third bye to Cleveland in four years in the MAC Tournament and fourth-straight berth in the post season WNIT.
PRIOR To BSU: Grande was a member of the U16 Spanish National Team. She was a member of two top clubs in Spain, Estudiantes and Rivas. Grande helped Estudiantes earn the 2012 and 2013 Madrid Championship title. She became a three-time bronze medalist in the Spanish Championships (2009, 2011, and 2013). In 2011, Grande also helped the Spanish National Team to a first- place finish in Slovenia.
