2024 Preseason All-MAC (fourth team by Athlon Sports)
Transfer from Colorado begins his third year with the Cardinals, following 2023 and 2024 seasons that ended abruptly three different injuries (thumb, shoulder, lower leg) ... highly anticipated as one of Ball State's top receivers in 2024, he expected to team with transfer Justin Bowick and All-America tight end Tanner Koziol to form one of Ball State's most potent receiving units in years ... Bowick and Robinson, however, never appeared in the same game ... played in 23 games his first two college seasons at CU; and has barely played parts of five games the past two seasons for Ball State.
2024 (R-Jr.): Injury woes continued when he dislocated a shoulder, away from the ball, on the very first snap of the 2024 season ... after missing three games, he caught three passes for 44 yards and a 21-yard TD against Western Michigan, but he sustained a lower leg injury the following week at Kent State and was lost for the season ... granted a medical hardship season after completing just one game of action.
2023 (Jr.): Six catches for 111 yards and a touchdown in roughly a game-and-a-half in games at Kentucky and Georgia ... 27-yard catch from Kadin Semonza early in the second half at UK was his longest of the season, and set up a 5-yard TD grab from Semonza ... caught five balls for 90 yards against the Wildcats ... had a 21-yard grab at Georgia before his season-ending injury.
BEFORE BALL STATE: In 23 games with the Buffaloes, he caught nine passes for 95 yards and a touchdown ... appeared in 11 games as a sophomore, recording three catches for 31 yards ... played in all 12 games as a freshman in 2021 … had six receptions for 64 yards and a touchdown … most productive game came against Oregon when he had two receptions for 21 yards and his touchdown.
HIGH SCHOOL: Three-star prospect by the recruiting services … 247Sports rated him as the No. 7 player in Colorado and No. 67 athlete nationally … ESPN ranked him as the No. 17 player in the state and No. 122 athlete nationally … played on the varsity at Eaglecrest High School for four years with three head coaches, most recently Shaun Marsh … caught 89 receptions for 1,692 yards and 19 touchdowns in his career, and was also 2-of-2 passing for 55 yards … defensively, had 52 tackles, seven interceptions and 14 pass break-ups … Eaglecrest was 4-2 in the COVID-19-shortened season his senior year … as a junior, Eaglecrest was 9-4 and he earned all-league honors … caught 56 passes for 1,089 yards and 12 touchdowns … had 21 tackles and three interceptions playing both safety and cornerback … as a sophomore, Eaglecrest was 10-2 and he caught 22 passes for 401 yards and four touchdowns … that season he totaled 30 tackles on defense with four interceptions … also played varsity basketball from his freshman through junior seasons, averaging 13.3 points and 3.9 rebounds per game as a junior … also picked up Division I offers to play basketball ... was an honor roll student in high school and carried a 3.6 grade point average … named to the National Football Foundation Colorado Chapter Academic All-Colorado first team.
PERSONAL: Son of Terrence Robinson and Christiana Fladen … has two siblings, Marsellus and Tristan … dad played linebacker at Oklahoma State and in the NFL for Atlanta Falcons, Seattle Seahawks and Pittsburgh Steelers … enjoys playing video games and watching Netflix.
