2021: Saw action in two games as team's No. 2 quarterback ... went 5-for-6 with 50 yards through the air at Penn State (Sept. 11) ... played majority of second half at Wyoming (Sept. 18), going 13-of-20 for 82 yards.
2020: Served as the team’s No. 2 quarterback … did not see game action.
2019: Served as the team’s back-up quarterback … saw mop-up duty on the final two possessions of the win over Fordham on Sept. 7, connecting on 1-of-2 passes … also appeared in the win over Toledo on Oct. 19 … did not have any stats in that game.
2018: Made his collegiate debut in the season finale at Miami (Ohio) on Nov. 20 … led the Cardinals on their final offensive drive of the year … completed 5-of-6 passes for 43 yards … took a redshirt season.

PERSONAL: Son of Steven and Ashley Paddock … eight siblings … his uncle and grandfather played football at Illinois while his grandfather went on to play in the NFL for the Atlanta Falcons and Detroit Lions.
