HIGH SCHOOL: Earned four letters in football for Coach Andy Kennedy at Lafayette Jefferson High School… All-Hoosier Crossroads Conference as a junior and senior… all-area as a junior and senior… team captain as a senior… passed for 1,171 yards and eight touchdowns… passed for 3,038 yards and 23 touchdowns in career… managed 19 tackles and one interception as a senior, while playing only three games at cornerback… tallied 46 tackles and one interception in career… also competed in track… set the school record with a time of 10.61 in the 100-meter dash… state champion in the 100 as a junior… all-state as a sophomore and junior… teamed with fellow Ball State recruit Darian Green to be part of the 400-meter relay team that won the Indiana High School Athletic Association State Championship in the spring of 2013
