HIGH SCHOOL: Riggins signs with the Cardinals after completing a senior year at Zionsville High School where he caught 24 passes for 267 yards and a pair of touchdowns … he was third on the Eagles in both yards and total receptions, and averaged 38.1 receiving yards per game … he was one of two tight ends chosen as part of the Indy Star’s Class 6A Senior All-State Team … he will join Cardinal sophomore Christian Abney in the tight end room next season, after catching passes from him only a year ago when Abney was the Zionsville quarterback … received other offers from Austin Peay, Bryant, Buffalo and Colgate.
