HIGH SCHOOL: Starks has signed with the Cardinals out of Woodford County High School in Kentucky, where he was a 2022 teammate with Cardinals’ offensive lineman Tristan Cook … Starks played both wide receiver and defensive end for Woodford County, helping lead the Yellowjackets to a 6-4 record and a trip to the Kentucky Class 5A playoffs … the Yellowjackets finished 11-2 during his junior campaign and 13-1 as a sophomore in 2021, losing both seasons to the eventual state champions … Starks also stars on the basketball team.
