2016 (Sr.): Made the switch from corner back to safety following the 2015 season … played in all 12 games with 11 starts at safety … finished third on the team with 78 tackles and tied for the team lead with two forced fumbles … notched at least six tackles in nine straight games to end the season … equaled a personal high with 11 tackles against Western Michigan on Nov. 1 … recorded an interception in the opener against Georgia State which led to a Ball State touchdown … picked up a fumble recovery versus Northern Illinois on Oct. 1 which led to a Ball State touchdown.
2015 (Jr.): Started the season opener at corner back against VMI, but missed the rest of the season with an injury … piled up seven stops in the VMI game and also forced a fumble.
PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Played two seasons of football at Eastern Arizona Junior College for coach John Omera … helped team to a 6-5 record in his second season … team captain for each season … All-Western States Football League as a sophomore after earning second-team honors in his first campaign … tallied 162 tackles, four interceptions and two blocked field goals in his two seasons.
