Holder and punter returns to Ball State for his third college season ... incumbent starter as Cardinals' holder who should vie for responsibility at punter, too ... part of a tight-knit specialty unit with whom he shared a 2026 Chirpies Award as the "Heart of the Cardinal" ... participated with Caden Britton and Carson Holmer in a "Cards Kick Cancer" initiative in 2025 to raise money to fight pediatric cancer ... Cardinals raised nearly $3,000 by accepting pledges for every extra point or field goal they scored as a kicking unit ... aside from the "Cards Kick Cancer" initiative, the specialists trio also serves frequently in the community ... they participate with Ball State’s Student-Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC) on various community initiatives, and on their own they combined to provide community services throughout Muncie ... they shoveled snow during the winter months, and made themselves available for other odd jobs, including moving and setup for a new bakery in nearby Yorktown ... for their efforts, the special-teams trio earned the Heart of the Cardinal Award at Ball State SportsLink's 2026 Chirpies Awards Show, by effectively and enthusiastically representing the heart of a Cardinal.

HIGH SCHOOL: Three-year varsity player at Montini Catholic High School … played for head coach Mike Bukovsky … third team all-conference as a senior … helped Montini Catholic High School to become state runner-up his senior year.
