2023 (Senior): Returned off of 2022 redshirt year due to injury… Rengifo started and played in all 18 games for the Cardinals … posted 40 shots…16 shots on goal… landing three goals against Villanova (8/25/2023)... Bucknell (9/01/2023)... and the Cards win over Queens (10/22/2023)... notched a season-high of five shots in wins over Central Michigan (9/22/23) and Lindenwood (9/24/23) … Rengifo contributed two assists in victories over Saint Louis (9/17/23) and Indiana (10/15/23).
2022 (Junior): Did not play due to an injury.
2021 (Sophomore): Saw action in 15 games with 12 starts … tallied first goal of the season at Saint Francis University while also dishing out one assist and earned three points for the Cardinals (9/5/21) … had a season high four shot attempts against Bellarmine on two different occasions (8/29/21 & 10/15/21) … attempted shots on goal at Bellarmine (8/29/21 & 10/15/21), at Saint Francis (9/5/21), Appalachian State (10/8/21) and at Longwood (10/22/21) … finished the season second on the team in total shots (18) and had one defensive save.
2020 (Freshman): Started in all 16 games as a true freshman … made first collegiate appearance at Miami University where she had her first shot on goal attempt (3/2/21) … tallied a season best four shots against Bellarmine (4/3/21) … registered a season high two shots on goal at Kent State (4/10/21) … finished the season with 15 shot attempts, seven shots on goal and two points … helped the Cardinals post victories against Appalachian State (3/12/21) … Ohio (3/19/21) … Longwood University (3/27/21) … Bellarmine (4/2/21 & 4/3/21) and Central Michigan (4/18/21).
Club: Finished in the top ten amongst Spanish Premier Division scorers this year ... Second leading scorer for her team, Club de Campo Villa de Madrid. She has also made waves on the Spanish national level as a six-time youth gold-medalist.
Gómez Rengifo first made a name for herself in 2015 when her club team, Club de Campo, earned a gold medal at the Spanish U16 Championship ... Helped Club de Campo take home the silver medal at the Spanish U14 Championship in Barcelona that same year ... In 2016, Gómez Rengifo and her club continued to dominate as they earned back-to-back gold medals at the Spanish U16 and U18 Championships; played in her hometown and in the city of Santander. Gómez Rengifo led Club de Campo to the Spanish U18 Championship title in 2017 ... Captured two silver medals in 2018, once at the Spanish U18 Championship and then again at the Spanish Indoor Championship ... Continued her success with her club winning the gold medal at the 2018 Spanish Cup ... Made her debut for Club de Campo's senior team in the final game of the Madrid Cup and captured the gold medal.
Gómez Rengifo was selected in 2017 to represent Madrid in the U16 Regional Championship, taking home the silver medal. That same year she was also selected for the U18 Regional Madrid Team. Gómez Rengifo has had much success representing Madrid as well as competiting for her club team.
