Goal 1: Academic Success
1.1 Graduate 100% of our student-athletes who exhaust their eligibility. (1-A)      a. Manage graduation plans for each student-athlete focused on degree completion correlated with their 4 or 5 years of eligibility. (1-A)
      b. Collaborate with campus advising to develop a 4 Year Advising Model. (1-E)
      c. Provide appropriate levels of learning services to better support the individualized needs of student-athletes. (1-B)
1.2 Prioritize academic achievement and highlight success.
      a. Establish team specific goals for Grade Point Average and NCAA Academic Progress Rate with a department goal of placing in top third of Mid-American Conference peers.
      b. Achieve the required Academic Progress Rate to receive the annual NCAA academic unit distribution.
      c. Recognize both individual student-athletes and team achievements in academic success.Â
1.3 Strengthen the partnership between campus and athletics that will advance the mission of all departments. (2-D, 2-C)
