2022 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in five meets … tabbed Academic All-MAC … knocked two seconds off of 1,500-meter time from 5:02.85 at the Blizzard Buster (March 18) to 5:00.88 at the Redbird Invite (April 2) … helped 4x400-meter relay team to fourth-place finish at the Redbird Invite (April 2) with a time of 4:21.30 … ran outdoor-low time of 18:43.00 in the 5,000-meter run at the Tennessee Relays (April 9) … ran season-low time of 2:32.88 in the 800-meter run at the We Fly Challenge (April 16).

2021 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in three meets … ran season-best time of 10:57.73 at the Blizzard Buster (March 20) in the 3,000-meter run … placed 11th and ran a season-low time of 5:06.17 in the 1,500-meter run at the Louisville Invitational (April 3).

2020 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in seven meets ... placed 16th in the 3000m at the Mid-American Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 29) with a time of 10:16.79 ... won the mile at the Ball State Tune-Up (Feb. 21) with a career-fast time of 5:06.04 ... credited with a career-fast 3000m effort of 10:07.83 at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 15) ... placed second in the 3000m at both the Mastodon Opener (Dec. 7) and Gladstein Invitational (Jan. 24) with times of 10:13.93 and 10:11.56, respectively.
