2022 - FRESHMAN SEASON: Competed in the floor lineup in each of the last nine meets … registered a career-best floor score of 9.875 versus Eastern Michigan (Feb. 20), helping the squad tally the second-best floor score (49.400) in program history, as well as a program record team score of 196.325 … earned 9.850 on floor in four meets, including the MAC Championships (March 19) … earned at least a 9.800 in seven of her nine routines … also competed on beam versus Bowling Green (Feb. 13), scoring a career-best 9.475.

Career Highlights: Competed as a Level 10 gymnast for the last five years … placed 10th in the all-around at the 2019 Region 8 Championships with a score of 36.750 … earned top three efforts in the all-around in seven of her last nine meets, including three wins … took top honors on bars, beam and floor at the 2021 Warrior Classic, while placing second on vault and in the all-around … advanced to the 2016 Level 9 Eastern Championships … owns career-best Level 10 marks of 9.500 on vault, 9.500 on bars, 9.550 on beam and 9.800 on floor.

Why Ball State: I chose Ball State because of how welcoming and loving the coaches are. I love how they push you to be the best version of yourself as an all-around person not just a gymnast. The team has a great relationship and cares about each other and wants each other to succeed and the campus is beautiful!

Personal: Daughter of Melanie and Eric Cooper … has one brother, Seth, who plays baseball at Maryville College … born Dec. 14 … majoring in kinesiology.
