Ball State High Jump Unit Ranked 10th in Latest Div. I Rankings

Ball State's high jump unit is ranked No. 10 in the country, according to rankings issued this week by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association, presented by AthleticNET. The same school that produced NCAA outdoor high jump champion Charity Griffith in 2023, now has a pair of jumpers tied with the No. 66 ranking in NCAA Division I Indoor Track – Malina Miller and Nina Garner who both have cleared the bar at 1.76m in the past two weeks. Bella Jackson owns a career best of 1.71m and Lexi Hale set her own personal record at 1.70m last weekend. Combined, Ball State's four high jumpers own an average best of 1.73 – tied with Penn State and just behind Vanderbilt's 1.74.
