MUNCIE, Ind. — The Ball State University men's tennis program has bolstered its roster with the signing of standout recruit Aiden Phoebus, head coach Gene Orlando announced. Phoebus will officially join the Cardinals in January for the upcoming spring season.

Phoebus arrives in Muncie from Orlando, Florida, having trained and competed at Copice Academy. A highly touted four-star prospect, Phoebus is ranked No. 106 nationally in his recruiting class and boasts an impressive 11.5 Universal Tennis Rating (UTR).

"We are excited to add Aiden Phoebus to our freshman class and Cardinal tennis family this January," Orlando said. "He's going to be an exciting player to watch and has big-game potential. He will be a big asset to our team this year and into the future."

Phoebus joins a competitive Cardinal lineup as the men's tennis program rounds out its fall schedule with three tournaments remaining before starting the spring dual-match season in January.
