Women’s Basketball Game at Kent State Chosen to be Televised on CBS Sports Network on Feb. 1

CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Ball State women's basketball team has been picked as the Mid-American Conference Wildcard selection to be broadcasted on CBS Sports Network (CBSSN). The Cardinals will play at Kent State on Feb. 1. Tip-off is set for noon at the M.A.C Center.

This will also be the fourth season in a row the Cardinals will play on a national stage. Ball State has been chosen to display its past success on ESPN2, ESPNU and CBS Sports Network.

Ball State 14th-year head coach Brady Sallee has achieved significant success in the MAC, including winning the 2025 MAC regular season and tournament championships which also earned the team a trip to the NCAA Tournament. He is the all-time winningest coach in program history (412) and was named MAC Coach of the Year for the 2024-25 season.

So far this season, the Cardinals have earned a 12-4 overall record and a 4–0 mark in league play.
