Gymnastics Announces 2025 Schedule

MUNCIE, Ind. - - Ball State gymnastics head coach Joanna Saleem has announced the schedule for the upcoming 2025 season which is highlighted by four regular season home meets in Worthen Arena.

However, fans can get an early sneak peek at the 2025 Cardinals when the team hosts its annual Red vs. White scrimmage on Monday, Dec. 9 at 7 p.m.

Ball State officially opens the 2025 season Friday, Jan. 3 when it travels to Missouri for a quad meet which also includes Illinois State and Southeast Missouri State. The Cardinals first home test will be Sunday, Jan. 12 when its hosts Illinois, Wisconsin-Eau Claire and Southeast Missouri State.

Worthen Arena will also play host to a tri-meet versus Western Michigan and Wilberforce on Sunday, Jan. 26, a contest versus Central Michigan on Sunday, Feb. 9 and a showdown with Northern Illinois on Sunday, March 2.

Ball State's other road meets will be a tri-meet at Eastern Michigan (Jan. 17), a contest at Bowling Green (Feb. 2), a quad at Denver (Feb. 16), a matchup at Towson (Feb. 21), a dual at Kent State (March 9) and a showdown at Eastern Michigan (March 14) to end the regular season.

The 2025 Mid-American Conference Championships will be hosted by Central Michigan on Saturday, March 22.

Following the MAC Championships, Ball State will once again have the opportunity to qualify for the NCAA Regionals (April 2-6), which will be split up between four predetermined sites.

The top two teams, along with the top event specialists and all-around performer from a non-qualifying team at each regional, will advance to the 2025 NCAA Championships April 17 & 19 at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas.
