Cardinals Travel to South Bend for Meyo Invitational

SOUTH BEND, IN – The Ball State track and field team is set to compete at the Loftus Sports Center in South Bend, Indiana, for the Meyo Invitational on Friday, Feb. 3 and Saturday, Feb. 4.

The Cardinals picked up two first-place finishes last weekend at the IU Relays, raising its indoor total to 12 event wins on the season. Ball State's student-athletes faced tough competition at the IU Relays, preparing them for another weekend of challenging matchups at the Meyo Invitational.Â

The Cardinals have 19 student-athletes set to compete in nine events on Friday, Feb. 3. The first event, the pentathlon, is slated for noon EST.

There are 15 student-athletes set to compete in six events on Saturday, Feb.4. Day two of competition is scheduled to begin at 10:25 a.m. EST with the 3000m run.
