Cardinals Move Up to Fifth, Kim Tied for Fifth

HOLLAND, Ohio – The Ball State women's golf team returned to the Stone Oak Country Club for round two of the 2022 Mid-American Conference Championship on Saturday. Liz Kim is tied for fifth after two rounds as the Cardinals moved up into fifth place. BSU leads the tournament with 25 birdies for the tournament.
After an opening round of 77 (+5), Kim followed with a 73 (+1) with four birdies. She is currently tied for fifth with a two-round score of 150 (+6). She has seven birdies on the tournament.
Dylann Armstrong started round two on fire as she birdied five of the nine holes on the front nine. She finished the round with a 72 (E). She jumped up 12 spots on the leaderboard into a tie for 10th with a two-round mark of 153 (+9). She has a team-high eight birdies for the tournament and is tied for the most in the field.
Kiah Parrott is tied for 25th with a combined tally of 161 (+17). She posted an 82 (+10) with one birdie in the second round. She has four birdies across two rounds.
Tiegan Taylor is tied for 39th after two rounds. She has posted one birdie for the tournament. Hadley Moritz is in 47th with five birdies for the championship.
The Stone Oak Country Club will play 6,109 yards and will stay a par-72 on Sunday. 10 groups will begin from the first hole and 10 groups will start on the 10th hole beginning at 9 a.m. Ball State will be paired with Bowling Green and Toledo at the 9 a.m. tee time on the first hole.
