Kim Leads Ball State on Day One of MAC Championships

HOLLAND, Ohio – The Ball State women's golf team took to the course for round one of the 2022 Mid-American Conference Championship on the Stone Oak Country Club on Friday. Liz Kim led the Cardinals in round one and is tied for 10th on the individual leaderboard as BSU is tied for sixth.
Kim produced an opening round of 77 (+5) with three birdies for the day. She is currently tied for 10th.
Kiah Parrott is tied for 14th with a first-round mark of 79 (+7). She tallied three birdies for round one.
Dylann Armstrong opened the championships with an 81 (+9). She is tied for 22nd and has two birdies for the tournament.
Tiegan Taylor is tied for 29th after an opening round of 82 (+10). She notched one birdie for the day. Hadley Moritz is tied for 43rd and produced three birdies on the day.
The Stone Oak Country Club is a 6,158-yard, par-72 course. All teams will begin from the first hole beginning at 9 a.m. on Saturday. Ball State will be paired with Eastern Michigan and will take to the course beginning at 9:50 a.m. Live stats can be found on Golfstat.com or by clicking here. The final round on Sunday will be streamed on ESPN3.
