From the Coach – Head Coach James Whitford
"It was a really hard-fought game. I thought 35 minutes into the game it was really anyone's game. I thought we played really well for 35 minutes. They hit three 3s in-a-row and I thought we collapsed. Credit to them, they played a good game. I thought we did a lot of good things, but not enough to get over the finish line."
From the Student-Athlete – Freshman Forward #11 Basheer Jihad
"I feel like everyone's made me feel comfortable. They give me the ball in the spots I know can shoot and make plays from. I feel like they do a good job of making me feel comfortable out there. I feel like we came prepared for the press, but we made some mistakes."
