Bulmahn Earns Second MAC Player of the Week Nod

CLEVELAND, Ohio - - For her part in helping the Ball State women's volleyball team secure the 2021 Mid-American Conference regular season title and hosting rights to the 2021 MAC Volleyball Championship, outside attacker Jaclyn Bulmahn has been named the MAC West Division Offensive Player of the Week.
Bulmahn, who earned the honor for the second consecutive week, led the Ball State offense with a 4.33 kills-per-set average in a two-match series sweep at Eastern Michigan last weekend. She also hit .225 (39-16-102) over the two matches.
She opened the week with a Ball State career-high 20 kills in last Friday's four-set win over the Eagles. She also added a pair of blocks and two digs in the win, while hitting .292 (20-6-48). She followed with a match-high 19 kills in last Saturday's five-set thriller to clinch the championship, adding a dig and hitting .167 (19-10-154).
Bulmahn and the Cardinals close out the 2021 regular season Wednesday at Toledo, before hosting the MAC Volleyball Championship Nov. 21, 22 & 24 inside Worthen Arena. Ball State's first match in the tournament will be Monday, Nov. 22 at 4:30 p.m.
