NEW ORLEANS - - The Ball State track & field program was honored for another successful year in the classroom, earning U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team accolades.
Â
In addition, seniors Amber Jones and Kelsey Walters were recognized as USTFCCCA All-Academic Athletes for their effort during the indoor season.
"I'm incredibly proud of our team as we continue to push into championship contention and have done so without compromising our effort in the classroom," head coach Brian Etelman said. "A special congratulations to both Kelsey and Amber on their individual recognition. They were key members of our MAC indoor performance and represent us at the highest level academically well."
