Track & Field Adjusts Weekend Schedule

MUNCIE, Ind.- - With another cold and wet weekend in the forecast, the Ball State track & field program has adjusted this weekend's schedule for a second time.

Originally an off weekend, the Cardinals' throwers will now compete in the Knight Open hosted by Marian University in Indianapolis this Friday (April 6).

Last week, Ball State added the Ohio Cherry Blossom Invitational in Athens, Ohio, to the schedule, but this weekend's anticipated weather forced the Cardinals to pull out of the meet.

The Ball State track & field team will look to get a break in the weather the following weekend when it hosts the two-day Ball State Challenge starting Friday, April 13 and concluding on Saturday, April 14.
