Swimming and Diving Set to Travel to Terre Haute to Take on Indiana State and Eastern Illinois

MUNCIE, Ind. – The Ball State men's and women's swimming and diving teams will take on Indiana State and Eastern Illinois Saturday, Jan. 20 in Terre Haute, Ind. The meet is set to begin at 7 p.m.
The men's swimming and diving team is looking to bounce back this weekend after a tough loss to Eastern Michigan last Saturday.
The women's swimming and diving team is coming off a victory over IUPUI and Xavier in a dual meet on Jan. 6. After the performances against IUPUI and Xavier, junior Andrea Richter was named MAC Women's Swimmer of the Week and will look to have another powerful performance this weekend.
The following are the Ball State men's swimmers currently in the top 16 in the Mid-American Conference:

- Junior Isaac Walling is in 13th place in the 1650 freestyle with a final time of 16:20.76.
- Senior Tanner Barton's time of 1:51.83 in the 200 butterfly puts him in ninth in the conference.
- Freshman Anne Vormohr touched the wall at 2:02.60, putting her in 15th in the 200 backstroke.
- Junior Amanda Kedzierski is sixth in the 100 breaststroke at 1:03.43.
- Senior Jessica Extine's time of 56.03 puts her in 10th place in the 100 butterfly.
- Freshman Sophie Bader has a time of 2:04.98 in the 200 butterfly, putting her in 11th place.
- Senior Katie Horn sits at 15th in the 200 butterfly with a final time of 2:05.65.
