Baseball Alumni Weekend a Great Success
September 20, 2016 | Baseball
MUNCIE, Ind. – This past weekend, the Ball State baseball team held its annual Alumni Weekend gathering.
Plenty of former players turned out for the tailgate and Ball State football game on Saturday. More than 90 people participated in the golf outing at The Players Club the following day.
“It was great to see so many alumni and friends come back to campus,” Ball State baseball coach Rich Maloney said. “The strength of our program lies in that group.”
John Byerly, Matt Gard, Brad Miller and Matt Singleton took top honors at the golf outing with a score of 17-under par.
