Ball State fourth-year head football coach Pete Lembo and the Cardinals are using the motto of "One Team, One Mission" for the 2014 season, and Lembo is continuing his work with the city of Muncie to have an impact.
Muncie Mayor Dennis Tyler and Coach Lembo are working together to bring the city together with the football program to form "One Team, One Mission, One City".
The Mayor visited preseason practice and was impressed with the respect shown by the players.
