Gymnastics' Christian Named All-MAC Second Team

Denasiha Christian, a sophomore member of the Ball State gymnastics team, has been selected to the All-Mid-American Conference Second Team in a vote by the league's head coaches.
Christian has posted four first-place finishes on the vault and four on the floor for the Cardinals this season. She tied her career high on the vault with a 9.85 at Southeast Missouri State. Christian also tallied a 9.85 mark on the vault vs. Central Michigan last season and at the 2013 MAC Championships. She managed a season best 9.90 on the floor at Ohio State and tied the Ball State record on the floor with a 9.95 at the 2013 NCAA Regional.
Ball State will compete at the MAC Championships Saturday in Ypsilanti, Mich.
