Gymnastics Team Hosts Pitt in Worthen Arena

Ball State's gymnastics team will host Pittsburgh Thursday at 7 p.m. in Worthen Arena on Senior Night for the Cardinals.
The meet marks Ball State's final competition prior to the Mid-American Conference Championships March 24 at Northern Illinois in DeKalb, Ill.
Ball State will honor seniors -- Julie Cotter, Brittney Emmons, Kayla Kmiecik and MaryAnn Oehlerking at the meet vs. Pittsburgh.
The Cardinals are 4-7 overall and 2-4 in MAC action, while Pitt owns a 5-7 overall mark and a 3-2 record in the East Atlantic Gymnastics League.
Ball State is coming off a second place finish on the road at Kentucky with George Washington. The Cardinals highest team score of the season came in its last home meet March 2 vs. Bowling Green with a 194.025.
