
Women's Golf Finishes Ninth out of 16 at Rio Verde

Ball State's women's golf team placed ninth out of 16 teams at the Rio Verde Invitational in Rio Verde, Ariz.
The Cardinals managed a 317-318-304=939 to place ninth, while Kansas won the event with a three-round total of 900.
Zoe Camus led the Cardinals and tied for 24th with a 79-80-72=231. Meghan Perry tied for 39th after carding an 80-81-76=237.
Jenna Hague and Autumn Duke tied for 44th. Hague managed an 80-79-79=238, while Duke posted a 78-83-77=238. Katie Windlan tied for 63rd with an 84-78-81=243.
Sarah Westaway competed in the White Wing Individual Invitational with a group of 15 other individuals from schools at the Rio Verde Invitational. She managed a 79-72=151 in the event to tie for fourth.
Ball State returns to action March 26-27, at the Arkansas-Little Rock Golf Classic in Hot Springs Village, Ark.
