MUNCIE, Ind. - As an all-conference baseball player at Richmond High School, Mitch Widau knew he wanted to play baseball at the next level.

However, when he enrolled at Ball State University in 2008 his goal was far from a reality.

Ball State Sports Link's Ben Wagner and Pat Boylan have Widau's story from a walk-on to starter on the BSU baseball team.
