Women's Gymnastics to Host Intrasquad Meet Friday

Ball State's women's gymnastics team, under the direction of head coach Nadalie Walsh, will host an intrasquad meet Friday at 4 p.m., in the Student and Wellness Recreation Center.
The intrasquad event will include celebrity judges as the gymnasts perform in front of a crowd for the first time this season. The event is open to the public and admission is free of charge.
The Cardinals will open the 2012 season Jan. 8 at Illinois State. Ball State will begin the home portion of its schedule Fri., Jan. 13, with a 7 p.m. home meet vs. Illinois State.
Ball State's other home events will be Jan. 27 vs. Kent State, Feb. 17 vs. Eastern Michigan, March 2 vs. Bowling Green and March 15 vs. Pittsburgh.
