Baseball?s Alumni Weekend Set For October 3rd & 4th

MUNCIE, Ind. - Ball State baseball head coach Greg Beals announced the Cardinals' Alumni Weekend will take place October 3-4 in Muncie. The annual event includes an alumni baseball game and a shotgun start golf outing. Spots are still available for the weekend's events and Cardinal alumni are encouraged to fill out the attached reservation form.

The weekend will get underway Saturday, Oct. 3 with tailgate festivities at 10 a.m. prior to the BSU football game against Toledo at Scheumann Stadium (Noon). The alumni game will be held following the football game at 5 p.m. at Ball Diamond.

The annual golf outing will take part Sunday, Oct. 4 at Hickory Hills Golf Course with a 1 p.m. shotgun start. Single registration is $100 and includes mulligans, skins and two meals. Hole sponsorships are $50 and a foursome with a hole sponsorship is $450. Alumni are encouraged to take part in both events or just one of the two weekend events.
