Bauer Named to Gymnastics Academic All-MAC Team

Brittney Bauer (Springfield, Mo./Glendale H.S./Springfield Gymnastics Center Club), a junior member of the Ball State University women's gymnastics team, has been named to the Academic All-Mid-American Conference Team, as selected by the league's faculty athletic representatives.
Bauer, the only member of the 12-person team to boast a perfect 4.0 grade-point average, is an international business and history major at Ball State. She posted a season high 9.725 in the floor exercise Feb. 27 in a meet at Kentucky, and competed in 11 meets on the floor.
Bauer is the daughter of David and Karen Bauer, and has earned three letters in gymnastics at Ball State.
