Kelly Page Suffers Broken Thumb

Page made his first career collegiate start in Ball State's season opener vs. North Texas. He completed his first career touchdown pass on a 21-yard scoring strike to Seth White with 8:50 to play vs. New Hampshire. He rushed for his first career TD with 3:51 to play in the first quarter at Army and scored on a 15-yard run. He completed a career high 25 passes on a career best 41 attempts for 234 yards and a career best two touchdown passes vs. Toledo. Page threw for a career high 237 yards and tied his career best with two TD passes at Temple while completing 22-of-37 passes vs. the Owls, including a career long 51-yard touchdown pass to Torieal Gibson.
On the season, Page started seven games and has completed 109-of-207 passes for 1,019 yards with seven touchdowns.
The Ball State football team will travel to Eastern Michigan Saturday. Kickoff is at 1 p.m.
