
Men's Tennis Loses 5-2 At UNLV

LAS VEGAS, Nevada - The Ball State University men's tennis team (6-8) lost to UNLV 5-2 on Friday evening at the Fertitta Tennis Complex.
The Cardinals fell behind early after losing the doubles point to the Rebels. BSU managed to capture one doubles match at the No. 2 spot. The twosome of Eduardo Pavia and Bret Berryman earned a 8-3 win over Luca Barlocci and David Campbell.
In singles play Jorge Rodriguez defeated Campbell, 1-6, 6-4, 1-0 (10-7) at the No. 5 slot. True freshman Shaun Bussert claimed a 6-3, 7-6 win over Rony Yeghnazary at No. 6.
The Ball State men's tennis team competes at the Boise State Invitational, March 21-22.
