
Women's Tennis Loses 7-0 to Western Michigan

KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Ball State University women's tennis team (7-10, 1-4 MAC) dropped its Mid-American Conference match to No. 62 Western Michigan (15-6, 4-0 MAC) by a score of 7-0 on Friday afternoon at the West Hills Athletic Club.
The Broncos opened play by taking the doubles point after winning all three of their matches over the Cardinals.
Singles play resulted in Ball State losing all 12 sets. The closest match was at No. 6 where Polina Askerko competed against Emily Dudzik but lost the contest, 6-4, 7-5.
Ball State continues its two-match league roadswing when it travels to Bowling Green on Saturday, April 7. The match is set to begin at 1 p.m.
