Track Set To Compete In Miami Invitational

Cardinals Compete In The Ball State Open; No-Team Scoring

The Ball State track and field team will travel to Oxford, Ohio to compete in the Miami Invitational Saturday April 14 at 11 a.m.

Other schools competing include Buffalo, Butler, Cincinnati, IPFW, Marshall, Valparaiso, Wright State, and North Kentucky.

Last year the Cardinals scored 141 points and placed second at the meet.

The Cardinals had multiple first place finishes at the 2nd Annual Collegiate Challenge. Katie Johnson won the 200-meter dash in 25.42. She also won the 100-meter hurdles in a time of 14.36

Ali Bishel also recorded two first place victories. Bishel won the 1500-meter run in 4:44.12, and also won the 3,000-meter run finishing in 10:10.14
