Induction:

Rettenmund, a major league outfielder for nine seasons with the Baltimore Orioles, Cincinnati Reds, and San Diego Padres, garnered two baseball letters and a trio of football monograms at Ball State, setting school records and gaining all-league honors in both sports. The 1968 Minor League Player-of-the-Year helped the 1971 Orioles and 1975 Reds to World Championships.
