John Brogneaux

Brogneaux earned five letters in two sports at Ball State in the early 1930s before coaching 23 years at the high school level in Indiana. In 1931, he gained all-state honors as a tackle on the BSU football team and served as captain of the Cardinals’ baseball team.
Brogneaux spent 18 years on the Bloomington High School staff, serving as head basketball coach for 15 years, head golf coach for 12, and both head football and tennis coach for two.
