A member of five Mid-American Conference Track and Field Championship teams from 1998-2001, Jada Phelps won three MAC Indoor titles in the long jump (1999 & 2001), along with the 400m Dash (2001). She was also crowned three times as a MAC Outdoor Champion in the 200m Dash (2000), Long Jump (2000) and 400m Dash (2001). Â

Phelps earned All-American accolades in the long jump in 2000 while also participating at the NCAA Outdoor Championship in the same event that year. Â

Phelps' name is still etched into the Ball State record books in the 4x400m relay outdoors and indoors.
