LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The Ball State men's tennis team finished play at the Louisville Fall Invitational Sunday afternoon where the Cardinals took the title matches in two main draw singles and doubles flights.
In singles action, Danilo Kovacevic
took home the title match after winning a three set thriller in the B singles competition. Bryce Bonin
defeated teammate Conner Andersen
in straight sets, 6-3, 6-3 to take home the C singles flight. Marko Guzina
also won his consolation bracket in A singles after taking down Xavier's Brent Winters, 7-6 (7-5), 6-1.
Two Ball State doubles tandems were crowned champions in their respective brackets. Chris Adams
alongside Andersen won 8-4 in B doubles while Khamasi Muhiga
and Alec Robillard
took home D doubles championship after winning their match 8-3.
The Ball State men's tennis team continues fall play Oct. 26-28 at the Black and Gold Invitational hosted by Purdue University in West Lafayette, Ind.
