September 27, 2016 | Women's Basketball
MUNCIE, Ind. - The Ball State women's basketball team spent Saturday with the Women's Build program for Habitat For Humanity in Muncie. Each player raised $100 to help with the contstruction of the house.
"This weekend was a great experience for our team," Ball State junior forward Moriah Monaco said. "Being able to get out in our community and give back is always humbling. I am so happy we got the opportunity to make an impact in somone else's life"
Women's Build is Habitat for Humanity's program for women who want to learn construction skills and build homes and communities. This program brings together women from all walks of life to address the housing crisis facing millions of women and children worldwide.
