Women?s Golf Second after Day 1 at EKU

RICHMOND, Ky. -- The Ball State women's golf team is tied for second place after Friday's opening two rounds at Eastern Kentucky's Colonel Classic.
The Cardinals posted a 36-hole score of 617 (306-311) at the University Club at Arlington. They share second place with Ohio and Tennessee Tech, six shots behind Eastern Kentucky (611) for the top spot.
Ball State features three of the top 15 players on the individual leaderboard, led by Allison Lindley at 7-over par 151 (72-79). She sits in seventh place.
Kelsey Sear is one spot behind Lindley in a tie for eighth at 154 (79-75), while Kayla Adamson is tied for 14th at 156 (75-81). Sydney Anderson is tied for 29th, and Morgan Nadaline is tied for 41st to round out the Ball State lineup.
IUPUI's Aneta Abrahamova owns a seven-shot lead on the individual leaderboard at 142 (-2).
