All-Access: Cardinals Linebackers Ready for Senior Night
November 07, 2016 | Football
All three Ball State starting linebackers will play their final home game Tuesday
Muncie, Ind. -- While Ball State football still has three games left in the regular season, Tuesday night's Midweek #MACtion showdown with Eastern Michigan holds a special significance to this year's seniors.  The last home game of their careers, Tuesday marks senior night.
How every player gets to senior status is a little bit different.  Not every guy enrolled at Ball State on day one as a scholarship player.  Not everybody even entered in the same year, some redshirted by injury or for general development.  We all travel different paths.  But near the end of they road they reach senior day.
This season Ball State boasts 23 seniors, the team's top five tacklers counted among them. Â That group also includes all three starting linebackers -- captain Sean Wiggins, Zack Ryan and Aaron Taylor. Â The trio's accounted for 135 career games and well over 700 career tackles. Â This week Ball State All-Access caught up with the three to discuss their emotions heading into their final game at Scheumann Stadium and what their careers have meant to their lives.
Ball State hosts Eastern Michigan Tuesday at 7:00pm live on the CBS Sports Network and on the Ball State Federal Credit Union Cardinals Radio Network, 104.1 WLBC in Muncie.  For ticket and gameday information fans can visit the Stoops Buick GMC Ticket Center inside Worthen Arena or call 888-BSU-TICKET.
