Women?s Golf Set for Rio Verde Invitational

The Ball State women's golf team will continue its spring schedule this weekend with the Rio Verde Collegiate Invitational in Arizona.
The 54-hole tournament, hosted by Western Michigan, runs from Friday through Sunday on the White Wing Course at Rio Verde Country Club. Live scoring will be available at golfstat.com.
The 18-team event features eight Mid-American Conference programs: Akron, Ball State, Bowling Green, Eastern Michigan, Northern Illinois, Ohio, Toledo and Western Michigan.
The field also includes Bradley, Illinois State, Missouri State, Northern Arizona, Seton Hall, Texas A&M Corpus Chrisiti, UALR, UMKC, Wichita State and Xavier.
Ball State will take Allison Lindley, Meghan McDougall, Kelsey Sear, Jenna Hague, Karley Dobis and Mary Ellen Romero to compete.
Hague tied for third at last year's Rio Verde Collegiate Invitational.
