MUNCIE, Ind. -- Head coach Craig Roberts and the Ball State soccer program will hold their 2013 College I.D. Camp for future college student-athletes Nov. 17 at the Briner Sports Complex.
The camp is open to high school female athletes (grades 9-12) who are interested in playing college soccer.
The camp will include hands-on coaching with Roberts and assistant coaches Marcie Klebanow and Brian Simpson. It will also feature speed training and a college recruiting presentation. The experience will provide future student-athletes with insight to understand what it is like to play at Ball State and at the Division I level.
The camp will begin with Session I at 9:45 a.m. at the Briner Sports Complex and campers are asked to arrive no later than 9:30 a.m. Lunch is scheduled for 12:15 p.m. (campers bring their own) with the college recruiting presentation to follow shortly. Session II will begin at 1 p.m., and the camp will come to a close at 3:30 p.m.
The cost of the camp is $65. Campers will need to bring shin guards, socks, a ball (with your name on it), indoor and outdoor shoes and a water bottle. Water and Gatorade will be provided.
A link to the registration form is included at the top of this article. Check-in will be at Gate 1 of the football/soccer complex at the corner of Tillotson and Bethel Avenues. If you have questions, please call 765-285-1425.
