Fall Camp Practice No. 18 - Quarterback Development
August 16, 2013 | Football
The Ball State football team ran through its 18th practice of fall camp Friday afternoon at Scheumann Stadium.
Starting quarterback Keith Wenning has been back in practice this week after missing some time last week for a minor procedure.
Wenning's time away from practice opened the door for quarterbacks Ozzie Mann and Kyle Kamman to step in and run with the first team offense.
Joel Godett examines the way Mann and Kamman took advantage of their opportunity for development with Wenning briefly sidelined.
The Cardinals, under the direction of third-year head coach Pete Lembo, open the season Thursday, Aug. 29, in a 7 p.m. home game vs. Illinois State at Scheumann Stadium.
All Ball State football practices are open to the media and public throughout fall camp. The remaining practice schedule is as follows:
Sat., Aug. 17 – 2:15 p.m. (PRACTICE #19)
Sun., Aug. 18 – 8 a.m. (PRACTICE #20)
