Changes Made to Baseball?s Weekend Schedule

MUNCIE, Ind. -- The Ball State baseball team has made a change to the schedule for its weekend series with Akron at Ball Diamond.

Friday's series opener will still be played at 3 p.m. as originally scheduled. But with a forecast for unfavorable weather conditions on Sunday, the teams will now play a doubleheader Saturday.

The start time for Saturday has been bumped up one hour to Noon. No games will be played Sunday.

Here is the updated schedule for the weekend as both teams begin Mid-American Conference play:

Ball State vs. Akron
Friday – 3 p.m.
Saturday – Noon (doubleheader)
